	MacFalls Chamber - Thursday March 20th
	Promoted in Association with Highland Council. Mr McFall’s Chamber is an adventurous group of musicians – by and large string quartet, piano and bass. We frequently add percussion to this mix as well as welcoming a number of vocalists as guests. The aim of the group was always to break down barriers – by mixing genres, by playing outside the concert hall, by being less stuffy, by building bridges between different musical traditions and between different art forms. 	Voces Del Sur Staurday May 24th @ 8.00 pm
	Valentina Montoya Martinez is Chilean. She has been singing South American folk songs since she was a young girl. Now based in Edinburgh, she fronts her own group Voces del Sur. David Russell has been playing guitar since the age of 11. He began to play Latin American music on meeting Valentina Gerardo Ballesteros began his studies in his native Buenos Aires under the tutelage of Carlos Riganti. Gerardo specialises in Cuban /South American percussion May Halyburton on graduating from R.S.A.M.D. took up an orchestral post with Orquestra Simfonica de Balears, Palma de Mallorca. Since returning to Scotland in 1998 she has explored other genres of music leading to her working with Voces del Sur. More information Tickets £12.

	LUCKY US!!!! Another great week in Beauly. This is not a Beauly Arts Group promotion ... but we are very happy to promote it on our website and we'll be on hand to help in any way we can and we are all looking forward with great glee to a week of music, song, workshops and fabulous concerts.. Our thanks to The Blazers for the fun they have brought to our community and for inspiring us to start "The Beauly Arts Group" We love them !!!!!! Blazin' in Beauly is the musical extravaganza started by the band Blazin' Fiddles in the historic village of Beauly, 15 miles west of Inverness. With the aim of being "much more than a fiddle school" the intention of the week in Beauly is to immerse people in the music of the Highlands and Islands. You get the chance to work with world class performers; but the instruction is only a part of the week - the sessions, the talks, the concerts and the craic all add up to make Blazin' in Beauly THE fiddle event in the UK. 	The Fergie MacDonald Cèilidh Band - Saturday December 13th
	Our final event for 2008 .. let's dance our way into the Winter with Fergie and his band. We'll have Mulled Wine and Mince Pies and other goodies tonight. Fergie Macdonald is a button accordion player and an extraordinary ceilidh band leader for over 40 years. Fergie is at the top of the ceilidh band music scene and has recorded over 23 albums. http://www.fergiemacdonald.co.uk He is a regular performer on B.B.C. Scottish dance music programmes and was the first Scottish band leader to broadcast ceilidh music....and we all love him!!!!!
